Please supply the art work at the size you require at 300dpi. We can accept artwork via email up to 20mb, for anything larger please use a file transfer website e.g. sendspace, wetransfer, dropbox etc. psd, ai or pdf files are prefered but we also accept jpegs and pngs if need be. When supplying vector based artwork please remember to ‘create outlines’ on the type. We can carry out simple colour separation and basic preparation work for free. For more complicated design work, we charge £30 per hour.
If you want to see unprinted sample garments or a sample of our printed work, please email us. We do sometimes print samples for clients. If you’re interested in obtaining a sample garment please email us with details so that we can provide a tailored quote.
Usually around 1-2 weeks from receipt of artwork and deposit. It does vary though so place your order as early as you are able. Let us know if you have a specific deadline to meet and we’ll do our best to help you. If we cannot meet your deadline under usual cicumstances, we may be able to work overtime to ensure your order is complete. For a rush service please apply the following to the overall price; Next Day + 50% 2 Days + 25% 3 Days + 15% 5 Days + 8% Fees will only be applied if we cannot complete your order within our usual timetable. All times are for pick up only. Delivery time is additional.
Delivery by next-day courier service costs between £8 and £15 to destinations in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) per box of garments up to around 150 T-shirts. If you live near by you’re welcome to come to the studio to collect. For the rest of the world please contact us for prices.
Fees and payments
Payment should be by bank transfer, debit/credit card, cash or cheque. A 50% deposit is required on all orders; the full balance is to be paid on collection or prior to delivery. All goods remain the property of I Dress Myself until paid for in full.
