If a Buyer is not happy with any part of our service we will seek to rectify the problem or offer a full refund. This does not extend to consequential loss, or circumstances out of our control such as machinery failure, for which we are not liable. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, the Buyers statutory rights. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact I Dress Myself within seven days if there are any problems with the goods you have received (damaged or unfit goods only), quoting the Order Number. If goods are not rejected by the Buyer within seven days of delivery then they are deemed accepted.
We use UPS for most courier deliveries to UK and other European destinations. This service is fully tracked. It takes one working day to most UK destinations, up to two working days to UK Highlands and Islands, and 2-5 working days to other European destinations. We charge £8-12 per box for courier delivery within the UK. It cost £25 to send a box to Ireland or Northern Ireland, and £25-30 for most other EU destinations. For non-EU destinations such as Norway and Switzerland it costs £42 per box, to account for the extra time going through customs. For UK destinations we always add VAT. For other EU destinations, we are obliged to add VAT unless the Buyer can supply their own EU tax code. For non-EU destinations, we do not add VAT and tax is added instead on entry into the destination country.
I Dress Myself Products
We hope you will be happy with your product order. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. If goods are damaged or faulty we will refund the full (reasonable) cost of returning the product to us. Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Delivery of products within the UK costs £3 for one item, and £4 for two or more items. Delivery to anywhere else in Europe costs £4 for one item, and £5 for two or more items. Delivery to the rest of the world costs £5 for one item, and £7 for two of more items. We aim to deliver to UK addresses within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. Orders of one or two items can be sent by airmail, which takes 9-10 days to Europe, or 13-15 days to the rest of the world. Larger orders are sent by surface mail, which can take several weeks. Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail or with our courier.
We try to hold everything in stock but this is not always possible. If delivery will be delayed in any way we will notify you by email. We will wait for three days and then send the items that we do have in stock and will print any outstanding items as soon as possible for subsequent delivery at no extra charge to you.
If you miss your delivery, you will be left a card by Royal Mail or our courier with details of how to arrange re-delivery or collect from your local depot. Please contact us if you do not receive your goods within a week of the estimated delivery time and we will trace your delivery and rectify the situation.
