Every order of more than 25 items is proofed, before going to print or embroidery.  This means that you will receive a PDF proof, showing artwork size and positioning on the garment(s) you have chosen.  This is your opportunity to check everything over and make changes, if necessary.  Your order will only go into production once you have signed this off. 

 

Sometimes though, only the real thing will do....

We were the first embroidery company in the UK to develop a truly plastic-free embroidery service.  We use rayon top thread, wind our own rayon bobbin thread and use backing made from wood pulp for a fully biodegradable embroidery.
