Returns Policy

 

Returns Eligibility

As a business-to-business (B2B) service, returns are only accepted if an item is faulty or does not match the signed PDF Production Proof. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Changes in size or colour preferences (as all items are printed to order).
  • Minor variations within acceptable tolerances (see our Service Level Agreement).
  • Delays in turnaround time.
  • Garments that have been washed or worn (unless defective).

Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our Aftersales Team at aftersales@idressmyself.co.uk, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

 

2. We may request the return of some or all of the items for inspection. If required, send items clearly labeled with your order number to:

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

 

What Qualifies for Return?

We accept returns only for faults arising from the production process, such as:

  • Garments with manufacturing defects (e.g., rips, stitching faults).
  • Printing issues or misalignment outside of tolerance limits.
  • Decoration placement, colour, or positioning errors exceeding stated tolerances.

 

Returns Process

  1. Items are reviewed by our QC and Production Teams.
  2. We compare the return against your approved PDF Production Proof and our Service Level Agreement.
  3. If the order matches the proof and falls within tolerance, the return will not be accepted.
  4. If an issue is found, I Dress Myself will choose to either reprint or refund the faulty items.
  5. You will be notified of the decision as soon as possible.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order is approved and paid, blank garments are ordered from our suppliers. If you cancel:

  • Before production begins → We may return the garments to our supplier, subject to restocking and admin fees. You can receive 50% of the garment cost refunded, or keep them for a future order.
  • After production begins → Orders cannot be canceled. Your order will be completed and shipped.

 

Turnaround Time & Delays

Production times are estimates. We do not offer refunds for delayed orders, as external factors may affect timelines. We advise against scheduling photoshoots until your order is received and checked.

 

Additional Terms

  • Consequential Loss → We are not liable for any consequential losses related to your order.
  • Samples → Blank or decorated samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
