Returns

 

Items can only be returned if they have a defect that is outside of our tolerances (see our Service Level Agreement for details) or because they are not decorated according to the signed PDF Production Proof.  

Defective items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.  

 

To return part or all of your order:

 

1. Please contact our Aftersales Team at aftersales@idressmyself.co.uk with full details about the nature of the complaint.  Please include your order number on all correspondence.

2. We may request the return of some or all of the items so that we can review them.

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.  We do not reimburse shipping charges.

 

What can be returned:

I Dress Myself Ltd will only accept returns on faulty or damaged goods, where the damage can be attributed to the production process. Examples include:

  • T-shirt is damaged, ripped or the stitching is faulty. This must be a manufacturing issue and not relating to wear or misuse.
  • An issue with the print.
  • Items where the decoration location, colour etc. are outside of the stated tolerances in our Service Level Agreement.

 

What cannot be returned: 

  • Exchanging sizes or colours is not possible as T-shirts are limited edition and printed to order to avoid waste.
  • Products that have been washed or worn cannot be accepted unless they are defective.  
  • Items that arrive later than planned.
  • Items where the decoration location, colour etc. are within the stated tolerances in our Service Level Agreement.
  • Items where the garment stitching, shape, size, colour etc. is within the tolerance of our supplier and/or our supplier will not agree that the garment(s) are defective.

 

The Returns Process

1. Returns will be reviewed by members of our QC and Production Teams. 

2. Returns will be compared to the PDF Production Proof and checked against the stated tolerances for in our Service Level Agreement. 

3. If it is found to be in agreement with your approved PDF Production Proof and within tolerance, the return will not be permitted.

4. If the return is permitted, I Dress Myself will choose to reprint or refund for any faulty goods to rectify the situation. 

5. We will inform you of our decision as soon as possible.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been approved and paid for, your blank garments are ordered from our suppliers.  If you wish to cancel the order after this time, we can refund the cost of decoration, providing the decoration process has not begun.

If you cancel your order before decorating has begun, we may be able to return the garments to our supplier. Restocking chages will be incurred for this and we charge an admin fee for this. We can therefore refund 50% of the price of the garments or you can use the garments for another order. 

Orders cannot be cancelled if the decoration process has begun.  Your order will be completed and shipped to you

 

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is approximate and we do not refund for orders that take longer than expected, since so many factors are outside of our control.  We recommend that photoshoots are not booked until the garments have arrived and been checked.

 

Consequential Loss

We do not accept any liability for consequential loss.

 

Samples

Samples, whether blank or decorated, cannot be returned and are not refundable.
